Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships. Estimated transit times vary by destination and carrier.

  • Domestic (U.S.): typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International (if offered): typically 7–21 business days after shipment

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any free shipping offers will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Artemis Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the carrier directly for additional delivery details

If you still need assistance, contact us within 7 days of the “delivered” status and we will help evaluate next steps. Artemis Labs is not responsible for theft after confirmed delivery.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on availability.

International Orders (if offered)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also delay delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at [support@yourdomain.com]. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify it.
