Return & Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to have a great experience with Artemis Labs. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right. This policy explains when returns, replacements, and refunds may be available.

Eligibility

  • Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Final sale items (if marked as such) are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

How to request a return

  1. Email us at support@artemislabs.shopwith your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. If approved, we’ll send return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging when possible.

Return shipping

  • For approved returns due to customer preference (e.g., ordered by mistake), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • For damaged/defective/incorrect items, we will cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for processing after approval, and
  • additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, place a new order and request a return for the original (if eligible).

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify it.
